Q & A Book

QA_Front Cover_Final_4In the four years I have been marketing my books numerous people have talked to me about why the Civil War was fought. Some of these conversations would get quite controversial which I found to be very engaging and exciting. Hence, I decided to write the book “Questions from the North; Answers from the South” (Q&A). In preparing the Q&A manuscript for publication I interviewed Northerners and came up with nine main controversial questions I’ve been receiving from my readers; and presented those nine questions to Southerners, some of whom were descendants of slaves, for their response.

I found Southerners who were descendants of slaves and supported the south. I’ve studied southern educators who talked about slaves who willingly supported and fought for the Confederate States of America.

The purpose of this Blog is to start a dialogue between Northerners and Southerners.

Below are the nine questions that currently reside in the Q&A book. Please feel free to add responses to each question. Since I’ve invited Southerners and Northerners to participate, please let me know if you consider yourself a Northerner (N) or a Southerner (S) in your comments. And, if you happen to be a 4th Generation Relative (as I have now met several) please share that information too…

I look forward to receiving what I am sure will be many exciting controversial responses.
